Beautiful.

Karen

here is wishing you some warm days coming up so windows can be opened. Love the sunflower and love this wall.

Mrs. Plum

What a great sunflower! Thanks for sharing your wall--I think it's fascinating.

Wanda

I really like that one. Lucky you to find 3 shades of gold plates.

Angie in SoCal

Wow - your beautiful wall is amazing.

Tina in NJ

Looking good, girl!

Virtual Quilter

That sunflower would make an interesting applique block too, with less pieces though!

Sunflowers are a favorite of mine. I agree with Virtual Quilters comment. This wall would make a book of beautiful quilt patterns with additional instructions for the actual wall mosaic. I know you were not thrilled in the past when I suggested the book idea since you already have so many "pots in the fire". Just planting a seed.

This is a beautiful design, looks great in your mosaic, but as others have said, it would adapt to other media - stained glass??

Mary Anne

I think I would err on the side of caution too, and not run the risk of grouting a quilt. It could be an interesting 'special effect' but somehow I don't think it would be apt to become too popular.
