Kristin

My favorite sewing notion is the rotary cutter. I played around with patchwork piecing in the mid 70s before it was invented. I used cardboard templates and cut out each piece! Hard to imagine doing that now.

Hi Vicki,
My favourite sewing notion is my sewing stiletto, especially when sewing small pieces. Thanks for the week of give-a-ways.
I am really loving your black swan quilt and quilting. You must be loving your Innova.

My favorite tool is the rotary cutter.....I remember when we didn't have that! My second has to be a seam ripper :)

Karen

my favorite sewing notion are my stick on thimbles.

I think I will vote for my thimble. I've had it more than 20 years and I can't find another like it. Every time I can't find it instantly, fear strikes my heart.

Ursula

My favorite sewing notion has to be my rotary cutter. It makes quick work of cutting fabric into pieces ready to sew and have fun.

My favorite sewing notion is my Dritz seam ripper--I seem to use it more than anything else!

Mary

My favorite notion is my 4" pair of applique scissors.

After yesterday, it is my stiletto. Useful for holding down small bits of fabric when sewing, separating threads and removing iron-on stabilizer.

JanetB

Lovely fabrics! My favorite notion is the Clover Wonder Clips. They are great for holding binding.

I was going to say the particular pins I use, but I really like my magnetic pin cushion. I've got fancy pin cushions and cute ones, but the one I use is the magnetic one. When the old one fell and broke, I couldn't get a new one fast enough.

Floribunda

I love my new Kai serrated scissors!

my favorite tool would have to be my rotary cutter. I use it so much. I think i would not piece quilt if i had to cut all the pieces out by hand.
