Love the ferns and they are so fun to do.

Tina in NJ

I generally adore feathers but I agree. Ferns are a better fit for this quilt.

It's like the ugly duckling that became a beautiful swan. Maybe you should call it the Swan quilt!

Definitely NOT ugly!

I only like feather quilting on what I would consider more formal quilts. That would be a difficult one for me to explain. I love the ferns. They are open and flowing. I agree with calling it the Swan Quilt.

The ferns are perfect!

It looks great!
I got The Quilt Show newsletter this morning and saw that your article on "Save my Bleeding Quilt" is featured in it.

I am loving it!!

That orange was a great choice! Your quilting is stunning! I had to go back and look to see if I had any finishes for February since the end of the month is getting close. I am still a bit tired so my brain is sputtering a bit! I received the magnets. Thank you so much! The are so beautiful! I will think of you every time I look at them!

Orange was an inspired decision. I love it when a quilt looks interesting on the back. I remember a folk art (remember that?) teacher once saying that we should always paint a little something on the back of a piece to reward the viewer, and I think it applies to quilts too.
