Great idea! I've used a stack of post it notes behind with limited success. Makes me wonder why it was designed this way.

Your invention sounds great, but being that I'm not a machine quilter, it's about as clear as mud. As long as it works!!

I purchased a piece of 1/4" plexiglass to add to the throat area of my machine. It is level with the lip and I no longer have my red snappers catching on the plate. There is a whole topic on the MQR Forum showing Innova modifications. I enjoyed reading and seeing all of them.
