I've got to have all 20 quilts quilted by this weekend per my own deadline. I want to deliver them to Friday and Saturday sewing. The quilt piles are getting a little out of hand here. Here are 3 more that I've finished.
This quilt was made from string blocks that I collected from one of our block drives. I provided thefoundation and center strip. Everyone added the purple and green strips from their own scrap bins. Another member put the blocks together. I quilted it with a stipple using variegated thread. With all of the print activity I knew that the quilting wasn't going to show.
Even though we are a local Richmond, VA area quilt group we do have one member, Annie, in Washington State. She made several veteran's quilts for us last year and is doing the same this year. This is her mystery quilt. I love the colors she used. I quilted this one in a stipple too in a dark tan. I blended well with all 4 colors in the quilt.
This one was made by Carol. I quilted it with the wavy crosshatch. I'm loving the wavy cross hatch! It quilts really fast.
