I had a little panic last week thinking that summer was about to end and I haven't done enough sun printing. I called Estelle and we've scheduled a sun printing session for tomorrow morning. It's supposed to get cloudy at mid-day so we will get started early.
Tonight I'm trying to put together a plan. All of the sun printing that I've done so far has been botanicals so I've been looking around for all the other things I can print.
I have a bag of these shapes that I cut using my Go! dies and stiff interfacing. Maybe I could do some flower or feather images.
Estelle and I will be fighting over the gears!
I completely forgot about the snowflakes. I might have to do a few pieces with these. They are great for postcards.
There are all sorts of texture options.
Buttons and pasta are fun too. I wonder of I could print some pasta trees for Christmas cards?
I'll sleep on it and hope for some grand inspiration in the morning. I'm not sure how that's going to work sleeping in a hot room because the upstairs A/C is broken. These old A/C units seem to be trying their best to die.
