It's time to beat the Winter blues with some fun at Quilting Gallery. Michele is hosting another fun Blog Hop Party.
There are over 100 blogs participating offering lots of great prizes so go over to Quilting Gallery and check it out.
Welcome to everyone who is visiting here from Quilting Gallery. I hope you will stay for a minute and look around. I am a quilter and fabric dyer and I sell my fabrics through my Etsy Shop. I have lots of free tutorials on the site and you can see some of my work in my photo gallery. I also have a free monthly newsletter and you can sign up here.
Let's get on to the prize.
Today I am offering 6 fat quarters of hand dyed fabric and 2.5 yards of Mistyfuse Ultraviolet.
I know a lot of people are afraid to work with hand dyed fabrics. They are notorious for not being colorfast. I work very hard to make sure that my fabrics will not bleed in your project. You can read about my process here and use my fabrics with confidence.
If you are unfamiliar with Mistyfuse it's time you got to know it. Mistyfuse is my favorite fusible product. it is an ultra fine web that has no solvents or added adhesives to gum up your needle. Mistyfuse Ultraviolet is formulated with a UV retardant to protect your fabrics from the aging effects of long-tern UV exposure.
This prize package has a value of $37 and I am happy to ship internationally. To enter just leave a comment below telling me what your current project is...of course, you can mention multiple projects.
The winner will be drawn Saturday, March 16.

I am working on Bee blocks, a round robin, a baby quilt, and a Scrappy Trip Around the World quilt.

WHat scrumptious lookign fabrics. Question though, with Misty fuse UV if it's behind the cloth why is the UV protection relevant? I'm confused.
One of my current projects is an apron I'm calling 60 shades of grey for husbands Birthday next month. I hoep your husband is feeling better. Jane

Oh boy I hope I win your giveaway! I've been wanting to try MistyFuse for quite a while now :*) And I am always drooling over your hand-dyes when I visit your blog - such great colors!!!

Right now my current project is to find something I'm passionate about. I just finished a MAJOR project and have started up like 10 little projects that I just can't get into. I need to figure out what I want to get into now! So this weekend I'm going to play and try to find the next big one.

Well, thank you for the generous give-away!
My current project is a very simple baby quilt with a 5 x 33 pink and white checkerboard with accents of green and maroon set in a deeper maroon background. Modern setting without the modern fabrics... just to push the envelope a little.

I've just completed the quilting on a crazy-quilt wholecloth with quilting designs as the blocks. Next I'll paint it with dilute gesso and then do a painting on top of that so the texture shows through. I'll post it on MQR when finished. Beautiful fabrics Vicki and I love Misti-fuse too.

I would love to try out some dyed fabric. Hmmm, projects? Almost finished with two Barrister Sow-a-Long tops, have two twin-sized turkey track quilts to machine quilt, and a pickle dish quilt I would love to finish this spring. After these are finished, I'm going to start some smaller projects. . .

The most immediate projects I have are a couple of smallish quilts that need to be quilted and bound for my guild's show in two weeks. I'm also trying to finish wedding quilts for friends celebrating their 25th anniversaries (several couple; tops were done ages since).
