Can I tell you how nice it was to do normal chore yesterday? I've never been so happy to do laundry! Yes, things are getting back to normal around here and we are both very happy about it. This week is all about catching up and for me that means I have about 85 yards of fabric to get dyed, processed, ironed and packed by next Monday. Part of it is because I got behind this week byt partly it's because next week Mom and I are going to AQS in Lancaster. I've never been to that show but I found a hotel where I could bring and store my own food and it's in driving distance so I can bring everything with me. Anyone else going to be there?
Here's my "design wall" for the week. Between loads of laundry yesterday (and a furniture shopping trip) I got all of my fabrics ready for the dye session today. Once I get back from a morning appointment you can find me in the basement mixing colors like a mad woman.
I hope I might get a little sewing in tomorrow and Wednesday....we'll see how that all goes. Meanwhile see what everyone else is doing over at Patchwork Times.

I'll be there most days catching up with friends that are coming in... I live here in Lancaster County so it's just a hop skip and a jump down the road.
It's good you decided to come this year - AQS doesn't have any future dates for Lancaster on their web site ... sad to think there won't be a 'show' in Lancaster next year!
Would love to meet you and if you want to go along to our groups 'show and tell' on Friday you'd be welcome. Send me an email if you are interested.
