Do you every feel a void once you finish a big project? I finished Dancing Stars earlier this week and I've been thinking about what I should (or want) to do next. Instead of starting something new I'm going to try finish off a few other projects first. These 3 should be pretty quick.
This is a fabric that stamped a few months ago. I want to make 2 dresser scarves for the guest house. They aren't even going to be quilted so it should only take a few hours.
I got 3 more metal quilt blocks from Classic Metal and I'm going to frame them with this gradient behind them. This should be another fast one to get done.
My next quilting project is going to be to finish this Judy Neimeyer quilt that I started a couple of months ago. I could actually have all of these things done by the end of February.
But not today. Today I am in Hampton at the Mid-Atlantic Quilt Festival.
I LOVE those metal quilt squares- I almost got one at a show once.
Seeing them laid out on the fabric makes me think they would be very fun to use with sun printing! Now I really need to get one...
