A few months ago Norece E. contacted me for a custom order. She wanted lots of yardage of a deep dark brown and 11 fat eighths of shaded colors.
Here's what she did with it.
Spectacular!
Can you imagine how excited I was to get this photo in my email? Nothing makes me happier than seeing what people do with my fabric.
Check out another example at Kate's blog. When I visited her in 2010 I took her some of my precious "waste fabrics" and she made the cutest baby quilt top with them. I'm going to have to make a couple of those quilt tops myself. I've been thinking aobut doing a few baby quilts for donation and that would be perfect.

Wow! Wow! Wow!!!!!!

How fun! Norece sent me the picture too because it's from a tutorial on my blog. I called it modern bargello. What a great feeling to know someone else enjoyed a design I put together, and your fabrics are absolutely fabulous.

That is a real WOW quilt. The colors pop so nicely against the dark brown. it is a nice change from the blacks we usually see.
