This week I decided to play with 2 block designs some more. Wow, what a rabbit hole EQ is sometimes! You start in one place and the next thing you know you've added 50 blocks to your worktable and your designs are out of control. It is certainly a fun diversion and I could benefit from substituting EQ time for potato chip eating time.
For information on purchasing the fabrics from the Transcend palette just go here. If you see a project here that you would like to create just email me and I'll work with you to create a kit and will share the cutting directions from EQ for your quilt.
The two blocks that I settled on this week are Flying Away from EQ and block 2734 (Joseph's Coat) from Blockbase.
Flying Away
Joseph's Coat (2734)
I started with a simple straight set and alternating blocks and played with a few different colorways with the gradients as the borders.
Then I worked with an on-point layout and found something that I love. Here it is in 3 colors.

Love the second quilt design ... the line between the blocks just isn't there anymore!
