I just went to mistyfuse.com but I don't see any combo packages like the ones you listed above. The only combo I see is the ultimate set at $500. Are we supposed to order each of the items individually to make the combo package? Or, am I missing something? I'm confused.

Just order the packages of MF separately and she adds the Goddess sheet to your order.
