Oh, how I loved working with this block! It was a nice gift after the pain of the schoolhouse block. I fussy cut the shibori to give a chevron look to the breeches. For the symmetry block I wanted to make a block all in gray and black. I really like the end effect in this block.

Vicki, usually I like the shibori blocks better, but this symmetry block is absolutely gorgeous. My favourite of them all so far.
