If you have been reading my blog for any time you know that I am a big supporter of the Virginia Quilt Museum. It's a wonderful museum that is run on a shoestring budget. They have several fundraising avenues and one is a quarterly auction of little quilts that have been donated to the museum. Until recently these auctions always occurred only in the museum. This year they have moved them to an online auction format. Now these quilts are available to anyone to buy.
All of the 18 little quilts were made by Virginia quilters. I am a bad person for not having donated one yet but I do have plans for one for a future auction.
You can see all of the quilts and bid on them at Benefit Auctions.
You can see that there is a lot of variety of styles and the bidding starts at an affordable $40.
The best part is that 100% of the proceeds benefit the Virginia Quilt Museum. Check out the Little Quilts and bid on your favorite. THe auction closes August 24.

Lots of wonderful quilts and I see some are getting higher bids, a wonderful idea to help keep the museum running.
