What an incredibly productive weekend I had. It was lovely. I finished one excellent audiobook (The Persimmon Tree) and started another (Lethal) that has me totally engrossed. A good audiobook makes for some great quilting time.
I got the bindings and labels done on the green QOV and Veteran's quilts and I got half the SID done on the Patriot quilt. I'll be back at that tonight.
Yesterday I started another new project! This is a small project and it will be done in a few days and I love it.
What I should have been doing is working out my color plan for the Golden Harvest quilt. I have to get that done by Wednesday so I can dye the fabric. I'm really looking forward to working with the Warkton Lane fabrics.
I also have to finalize what I want to do for Barbara Brackman's Grandmother's Choice project AND get caught up on my Blogger's BOM because the new block was published Saturday.
I feel like I am behind already so I'm off to make a loaf of gluten-free, vegan bread and install the new TV (purchased for me in time for football season). Be sure to check out what everyone else is up to today at Patchwork Times.
In case you missed the post, be sure to enter to win one of my Stash Packs that I am giving away as part of the Quilting Gallery Blog Hop. Everyone can enter! The drawing is September 3. Just post a comment on the giveaway post.

The small project looks fun! Are you gonna share more???

Yes the small project looks fun. The background fabric looks interesting.

So glad you are staying busy! I use audiobooks too - on my mp3 player and its the only way I can get through some of the more tedious tasks of our art. I wanted to invite you to my "Off the Wall" Fridays which is a blog link specifically aimed at art quilters blog (although traditional quilting is accepted). We had our first on Fri (check it out) and it was VERY cool to see what everyone was working on!

I love the design on the "paint chip" background. That looks like so much fun.

Love your "new project!" What is the background - color chips with RGB values??? Did you create it or where did it come from? Very cool, and I love the grey prints with it!
