So, what do you think of the color palette for this month? If you have been reading my blog for any time you know that I love this palette. The first fabric that came to mind for me is this gradient.
I would add some red to this to match the palette. OK, so I'm done with my fabric selections!
But maybe you don't like hand dyed fabric. I decided to have a look around the web for other commercial prints that I think will work with this palette.
Let's start at the Fat Quarter Shop.
I think that the Flea Market Fancy collection by Denyse Schmidt would work really well with this palette.
The Civil War Journal reproduction fabric collection would also be a good fit.
Next I visited Jackie at Canton Village Quilt Works and found these candidates.
Velentina from Free Spirit
This beautiful Robert Kaufman batik
Bubble Flower from Westminster Fabrics
At eQuilter.com I found these options
Of course you don't have to use every color on the palette. This next one uses just the red and tan.
An Asian checks and stripe print
Finally, there's also a very simple response to the palette.
Americana! Like this patriotic print from Etsy seller, Scissors.
So, what are you going to do?

That Robert Kaufman batik is amazing!
