It's a good thing I have some shop news today because I don't have much else! Yesterday I mentioned that I thought I had a sinus problem. I was wrong. I should have realized sooner (2 weeks ago) that it was my jaw muscle. I grind the bejesus out of my teeth at night and occasionally that muscle siezes up. I've been having pain for a couple of weeks and my bite has bee way off too.
I once had a dentist tell me I had the most developed jaw muscle that he's ever seen. If only my gluts and abs were so well developed! Anyway, this time I just didn't realize it in time and it went insane. I started working on the trigger points late yesterday but was in excruciating pain all night. After a half bottle of ibuprophen I am better now but, needless to say, not much has been accomplished today except that I did get a few new things loaded into the shop and I took a nap.
I've restocked 3 gradients:
I've also added 5 new Fat Quarter Packs
With the aid of pain meds maybe tonight I can actually accomplish some sewing!

jaw problems are the pits - I have some problems in that area also. I love the fabric you call coleus and after having been on vacation I totally forgot you sent me a 25% off on an order - I think I need to go look through the shop and see what I want!

My dentist calls me a sumo grinder ... I have the super-strength night guard and I've nearly ground through it (although it took a couple of years instead of 6 months with the regular one).
And you're right - it is easy to blame it on sinus issues. I've done it, too!
