When I started planning the Patriot fabric palette I had a specific quilt in my mind. So today instead of sharing some Electric Quilt projects I am happy to share my newest quilt top.

When it's a totally completed quilt it will have a Scarlet binding. Of course the whole thing is built around the Star Power mandala and the whole thing is simply a series of borders. The fabric does all of the work on this one and I was able to get it pieced in a day. I've even made a kit of it. You can get the kit (and any of the other fabrics in the Patriot palette) in my Etsy shop.
Now I just have to think about how I want to quilt it. I also might have to make a second one. I wanted to do this one as a QOV but now I'm in love with it and want to keep it. So I may need a second one to donate to the QOV program.
You certainly nailed luminous on this star!
