It's the last weekend of the Nelly Moser fabrics. On the 5th I will unveil the next fabric palette. But let's ahve one more day to play with these beautiful Spring colors.

Today I am playing with 2 blocks in the simplets of all layouts with no border. These designs are my nod to the modern quilters.
First up is a block called Moasic #4
I really like that last one...a lot.
The next block is called Bird's Nest
Just this past week I agreed to participate in a block swap and the colors chosen are lavender and mint green. I shopped for fabric, and got it, but didn't really like this combination (not my taste (meaning not orange). However, this block really looks nice so maybe my blocks and furture quilt will, too. Thanks.
