Installment #3 of the Beack Walk Palette projects. You can find ordering information for the fabric here.
These first 2 are a pattern called Fire and Ice from the book Shadow Quilts by Patricia Margaret and Donna Slusser. It was published over 10 years ago but it's one of my favorite books. It's a cool concept of designing quilts with multiple images of the same block.
This one is an EQ block called Spin. I rotated and flpiied the block to get this weird pattern.
These last 2 are created from 2 blocks, a star block and a chain block. I did 2 colorways. This last one is my favorite from the whole Beach Walk series.

The Fire and Ice quilt is great! Have you seen Ruth McDowell's first book, Pattern on Pattern? It has the same concept of overlapping design.

I love all of them, but especially the last two. The star block is called 54-40 or Fight and is a very old block. I just used it in a pattern from Maryquilts.com with a churn dash. It is fast becoming one of my favorite blocks. Does not hurt that I FINALLY learned how to use the Tri-recs ruler...oh..and that I FOUND the lost one. Now I have 2 sets!

I like the one with the rotate flpiied block! ;o) Looks more complicated than it is! You have just reminded me that I need to play more in EQ! Thanks for sharing!
