One day of my trip to the Houston International Quilt Festival, Debra and I met up and spent the day looking at the quilt exhibit. One of the special exhibits was the Alliance For American Quilts Crazy for Quilts exhibit. The quilts were made as a fundraiser for the Alliance and they are all being auctioned right now on eBay in a 3 week process. There are 85 quilts being auctioned in 3 week long auctions. The first week is done and that's were the quilts I wanted were! They arrived today:
Garden Lace
Here's where she documented making this quilt on her blog.
Art Nouveau Peonies
Don't worry, there are lots of great quilts left! The second week is underway and Debra has a quilt in that group. Allie will have another quilt in the third group that starts Tuesday. Check them out on eBay!

Gosh, I am honored!

Both the Alliance and you are winners! Both quilts are lovely - I know the thought and time Allie puts into her quilts.

The garden lace quilt is stunning! Would it be considered a crazy quilt by the piecing?
