I'm lovin' it!

May 22 - QFAH

I think I was supposed to get 12 blocks done today but I stopped after I put two blocks together wrong. I wanted to see how they will look with sashing so I put these up on the design wall. I wish I had the energy to stay up all night and finish piecing the blocks. I love them!

Oh! I just love your colors! When I put my first square together, I noticed one of the triangle things was inside out. AnnMarie

Vicki, this quilt is going to be spectacular. What a fabulous way to set a star.

Vicki this quilt is going to be awesome!

OH MY! This is going to be stunning!

OH MY! This is going to be stunning!!!!!

I can see why you love it...it's fabulous.

Absolutely stunning! I love the use of two different sashing colors, too. Can't wait to see it finished!

Love it!

I just read the other comments and I hate to be redundant, but I love it, too! I love the design that's formed when the blocks are put togther.

Hi Vicki,

Great pattern and beautiful colors!! I love it, too! I look forward to seeing the finished quilt - I know it will be gorgeous.

Rightly so - I'm not surprised you love them - they are gorgeous.

It is such an unusual color combination and will really be a stunner when it's finished!

Looks great!

Wow, those look great - another pattern to add to my "someday" list!

Gorgeous!!

Very cool! I want to try to catch up and make this quilt, but I don't know when! My local fabric store is having a storewide 25% off of fabric, so I'm hoping to get down there later today for my background. I have TONS of batik fat quarters. I'd love to devote my Sunday to nothing but sewing! I'm putting the family on alert!

I've been resisting this quilt since I have too much catching up to do to even think about starting it but I do have it bookmarked. Your color choices are interesting and I can't wait to see how it will look once it's assembled especially since it's quite different than Judy's version. That's one of the things I like best about her QFAH projects - seeing all the different versions.

Yummm .... love your fabric choice! This quilt will be stunning when finished.
