Quilt Studio QOV done
I suppose it's not an official QOV as it is going to a specific soldier and outside of the QOV program, but this quilt is done and is from the Quilt Studio - 40 Quilts Service Project . It's going to a very deserving soldier identified by Fran, another Quilt Studio member. It's labeled and going in the mail tomorrow.
The pattern is an original pattern I designed for "gift" quilts. My Mom pieced it and I quilted it with a test pantograph - Rainbow Flight - by Miki Miller . I really liked the effect and will use it again.

Beautiful quilt!

Hey Vicki, thanks for visiting KenmaursCorner!I've just had a very quick visit to your "Field trips in Fibre" but as it's 11.22pm I'm more than ready for bed.
So will be back for a longer visit in the next day or so......That gift quilt will surely be welcomed with its cheerful colours; I must check out those doggie beds! and hey I love your jackets!

How exciting that I've found out which blog was yours. The quilt looks wonderful and I'll be so excited to receive it and be able to hand it to Crystal. These soldiers deserve all that we can give them in a way of thanks for what they've gone through.
